Field PASS OUT Candidate / Appearing: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / plastic / rubber / Civil/ Chemical or similar branches (IT/ CS etc also eligible for females only)
BSc any subject also eligible
Minimum Height/Weight 5.2 Feet/ 50 Kgs Male; 5 Feet/45 Kgs Female
Diploma from Any state/UT from India. All passout candidate eligible.
No active backlogs in any subject. All paper should be clear before joining

BE Candidates not eligible. No blood relation allowed

Job Profile Tyre Manufacturing: Has to work in production line and operate machines
Designation 1st year: Associate trainee / Apprentice (On-Role Management permanent Employee);

From 2nd Year: ME grade (On-Role Management permanent Employee)
Working Hours 8 hours (All Shift A – 7am to 3pm, B – 3pm to 11pm & C – 11pm to 7am)

No overtime. Weekly 1 day holiday

Personal leave, Govt Leave apart from this
Salary Structure* (Different locations have different salary structure (Whatever shared in meetings or sent over email will be final and updated)
SALARY during 1st year
Monthly stipend Rs 15,000 + Rs 4,000 DBT from govt (post documentation) + upto Rs 24,000 retention bonus*
SALARY post 1st year From 2nd year CTC approx Rs 23,000 per month
Employees will have to make their own stay arrangements. Only for initial 5-7days stay will be provided.

Halol/Nagpur: Stay arrangement on own is approx 1000 to 1500 Rs monthly on sharing basis

Ambernath: Stay arrangement on own is approx 2000 to 3000 Rs monthly with 5000 to 6000 security deposit Individually (Rooms on sharing basis)

Pick and drop from your location facility will be there.

c. Personal Interview d. Medical Test. Medical Test: ECG, X-Ray, basic blood test, hemoglobin level, BMI, Vision, Colour blindness, BP etc to ensure if the applicant is fit to work or not.
